In the event that the buyer is still unable to complete the download due to technical problems on the seller’s server, the buyer is required to contact the seller’s sales service, which will offer an adequate solution that does not involve any additional charges or costs for the buyer. The buyer is not entitled to request a refund in this situation.

If the buyer is unable to download the product due to technical problems that are not related to the seller but are caused by the buyer, the operator, or a third party, the seller is not responsible and is not obliged to provide the download or delivery of the goods without charge. The buyer must download the product within 5 (five) business days; after this period, they will no longer be able to download the product, even if payment has been made. In this case, the buyer waives any claims or complaints.
